I just couldn't let it go that far.  We have gone so far as to bring
law to bear on for-profit enterprises whom we believed to be
photocopying the manuals on demand for anyone who came in off the
street!  Whereas there is fairness, we have to make *some* attempt to
preserve copyright in what is, essentially, a money-making business.
I think I'd probably be on the verge of being sacked if I was to
actively encourage duplication of the manuals.
