Something you need to keep in mind for Property is that the Land and Conveyancing Reform Bill is about to become law (it's being passed by the Oireachtas this week) - which involves massive changes to a number of areas of the syllabus. The bill was published in 06 so your old manual should have details of it but there were a number of changes since it was published so you might want to update your info on it.
