Hey, There's an excellent Griffith Company Law grid in the files section of this site, which will show you the trends in company law. Really there isn't much that can be left out. I would recommend that you know inside out all of the chapters relating to directors and shares. On a good day you could get three or four questions out of these. The grid shows that incorporation and personality are extremely popular too. Many say that in the current climate examinership, receivership and winding-up are highly examinable. This is my fourth serious sitting of company. I have the other seven exams since this time last year so I would say that the company examiner applies a far higher standard than any of the other examiners. This time around I'm going to (haven't started yet!) practice questions ahead of the exam and try to know all of the examinable chapters inside out.
