Rachel, Sitting company law as well. have a look at the old threads as this was replied to and the only thing was the new act in 2009 about directors. very little really there was a solicitors website mentioned where a breakdown of the important things to take note of. if it is not this site then try fe1 thread as it was definitely on one of them.
