Yeah I'm pretty sure it was s.205 alright, I did that as my fifth question in a rush, didn't spot that it was s.205 and arsed on about Director's Duties and how he breached his Fid Duty and Common Law Duty to the Company and Leonard as a member. That'll be a big fat fail for me so. Fuck.
