Hi everyone, I have to say I am absolutely devastated. I sat four in March and got 3, sat four this time and got 1! I was far happier this round after all exams, had a good go at 5 questions in all and checked with the Griffith forums to ensure I had answered them correctly. I wasn't even going to sit criminal as it was my last and had nothing of substance ready for the exam and basically pulled an all nighter and passed with 50%! Particularly tort - I cannot comprehend how my result was 39% it actually does not make sense! Does anyone have opinions on appeals? I want to send all 3 back just to see but then again it is a lot of work to hand over to the Law Soc to be let down again! Can anyone confirm that it is a completely fresh set of eyes that examines the paper on recheck? Also do people actually sometimes pass on appeal or is it a myth? All comments welcome, and well done to people who jumped the hurdles!!!
