Hi guys, I am using the Summer 2009 Independant colleges manual for Tort. In relation to Defamation the manual notes several important sections from the Defamation bill 2006. Does anybody know if these sections are adequate for the exams this time around? or should I go through the Defamation Act 2009 and summarise some more key sections? Does anybody know if the latest edition of the manuals go in to much more detail on the topic? Thanks
