Hi, Some sections of the Defamation Bill 2006, have been re-numbered in the 2009 Act. For example, the new defence of 'fair and reasonable publication' was section 24 in the Bill, but it is section 26 in the Act. If I were you, I definately wouldnt rely on the section numbering in the Bill.
