I wouldn't bank on this, but I've been paying particular attention to the popular topics of Corporate Borrowing, Directors, Shareholder Protection, Transfer and Transmission of Shares, Separate Legal Personality, Winding Up, Disposition of Corporate Assets. They all come up regularly and not all of them were on the last paper. I've also been advised to look at Examinership/Receivership because they're relevant (even though he hasn't given them the same focus as the other topics I mentioned).
