a course that i did we were told that the family are usually always there in a
q- usually in the form of natural fathers rights- religion cought be brought
in- attorney general up last time so it would be perhaps advisable to look up
the president- now saying that as previously mentioned this paper is very hard
to predict so obviously all this said with caution-

we were told the following to cover ourselves-

separation of powers will come up some how ( I was looking through the internet
and the examiner wrote a paper on this so thats probably why he likes it)- the
paper also includes the admissibility of contituional evidence-

freedon of expression- almost always-

private property- rarely-
religion- can be mixed in with family- very quick to do

the family- almost always-

equality- very quick to do-

trial in due course of law- jury trials- liberty- inviolability of dwelling all
done together as could be intermingled-

cabinet confidentiality and delegated legislation- are important-

Fundamental rights-

Locus standi-

we were told that it is important to know first principles- the examiner doesnt
think its enough to know the answer of the question unless you can explain to
him how it came about going back to the first principles and how this has
developed through the courts to what it stands at today-

you also need to mention any relevant articles of the constitution in your
answer which seems obvious but apparently loads of people dont and just assume
that becuase they are talking about their answer correctly that he will know
that they are aware what article is in play.

Does any one know when the papers are set as I would have presmued that Seanies
detention was too recent to appear on the paper???

Wouldn't leave anything out, this exam would have be more predictable if
the examiner decided questions via dartboard. The president seems like a very
easy question if it does come up, based on past questions, so if you are
leaving stuff out I would keep that.
