I really cant see AG coming up again, and although im gonna lightly cover the president I just feel that Art 26 is the only real power they have and it was up on its own in october so doubt it'll be up again...
Id be concerned about International law and the EU alright but i have no notes on the changes that lisbon has brought....can anyone briefly outline them possibly? Other than that you can guarantee sep of powers and plenty invloving rights. Due course didnt really feature in october so im expecting a full Q on that. Also predicting locus standi is due a run, possibly Const. Interpretation as well? and hard to decide between oireachtas and the courts...but again id say the paper will have lots of rights Q's invloved so know them...
