Hi there, can someone clarify what area of EU law (bit late to be asking I know) is being questioned in Oct 2009 paper Q 2 B. The examiner is referring to doctrine of subsidiarity and Art 5 EC - I don't remember coming across it in the topics i've covered.
The reason I'm asking is that he says in his report that "this is a key doctirne in EU law and will clearly need to feature more regularly in future papers to test candidates' knowledge thereof."
