Ok, am back doing Contract Law also. Have covered Offer, Acceptance, Consideration, Legal Intentions, Privity, Illegal Contracts, Mistake (mixed with Offer) and Damages. Have left to do Void Contracts (restraint of trade etc) and Misrep and Undue Influence plus the whole statutory provisions including EU ref to Distrance Contracts and Eletronic Contracts. Don't think I'm missing out anything else?
