Constitutional Q4: Uncon obtained evidence, but it was in his garden so not uncon and only unlawful so due process of law, a real risk of prejudice....maybe. He was surprised that he was liable.. not sure about that part....
Q5: Locus Standi for non-natural persons. Then would they suceed, I think the Nicoloau to Keegan v Ireland line of caselaw was the right way to go. Q7: Right to livelihood, right to property, disproportionate measures. It was my last question....messy. Not a bad paper though when compared to others. Q8 and Q6 were good. Straight forward.
