I have been told that the examiner is the foremost intellect on
Constitutional Law in Ireland. I have got the rest of the exams that I
have sat first time but cant get Const. I dont know either-It seems
that he wants students to read judgments rather than relying on notes
and know exactly what is happening in the courts in relation to this
subject which is quite hard when one is trying to work and study. I
know the course inside out at this stage- ask me anything i can answer
it but I am not connecting with the exams. I seem to get the answers
right but obv not correct enough.

Subj: Constitutional Examiners reports what the hell ?

Anyone have trouble with the lack of information Constitutional
examiner provides in reports. Presently as im early into It im finding
his lack of any info a nightmare. Does anyone logically know why he/
she does this. He will complain about the lack of precision by
students post exam time but give no indication of what he wants pre
exam. Is this a lazy thing on his part or to run with a conspiracy
theory do Blackhall direct which examiner will make the flavour of the
month subject the most awkward.

Anyone know who the Examiner is here and what the thinking is on
this ?.

Thanks.
