We're closing in on getting things accurate in the FCREPO tracker.
Below is the breakdown of the remaining to-be-reviewed items, and who
needs to review what, as discussed in the status meeting this week.

P.S. - I''ve moved all "Pending Features" from my earlier work over to
the Community Support tracker as "Feature Requests", and removed the
"Pending Feature" custom issue type.

For each issue below, review for accuracy:
- Update the title and/or description if needed.
- If a bug, make sure the "affects versions" info is correct.
- Was the work already done? If so, close as "Fixed"
- Is it no longer relevant? If so, close as "Won't Fix"
- Is it a duplicate? If so, link it to the issue it's a dupe of, then
close as "Duplicate"
- Is it questionable? ("Should we really do that?")
If so, MOVE the issue to the Community Support tracker.
