I can't figure out how to define driver.fedora.identify for oaiprovider.
http://fedora.mobot.org:8180/oaiprovider/?verb=Identify

In proai.properties:

# This can be any URL, but typically it points to a manually-created
# datastream within the same Fedora repository that hosts the OAI records.
#
#driver.fedora.identify =
http://localhost:8080/fedora/get/demo:MyRepository/Identify.xml
driver.fedora.identify = http://fedora.mobot.org:8180/fedora/Identify.xml

But my attempt to recreate the Identity.xml file I got from the stock Fedora
included OAI (http://fedora.mobot.org:8180/fedora/oai?verb=Identify) failed to
work.

I don't see any documentation on how I, or fedora, creates this file for
oaiprovider (NOTE: I need to get this one working because the Fedora included
OAI failed some tests on OAIster.org - and doesn't seem configurable)
