Oof!  I had thought the ECM ontology described individual Content
Models.  I think FCREPO-539 is just a documentation of the properties
in the fedora-model namespace.  I'll have another look ASAP.  In the
meantime, it was remiss of me not to include a Asger's ECM page in the

One of the consequences of non-Full OWL is a more restricted way of
dealing with enumerations (such as the values for the state property).
  This also touches on the question of what the relationship between
the FOXML XML schema and a fedora-model OWL Ontology / RDF schema
should be.
