+1 Of course, the cluster needs to support iterating the Fedora
Objects stored within in order to *support* such rebuilds. Previously
FieldSearch was the thing that would support that at a basic level in
the Fedora REST API...so if we remove that from the core (as I think
we should), some sort of paging through the list of objects needs to
be added (bonus if it has a modified date range capability).
