Thanks to the help of all of you, I found the error: a wrong port on
fedoragsearch.soapBase
in fedoragsearch.properties.
I corrected it and "automagically", dsm.PDF-DOCUMENT appeared as IndexField.
Why the soapBase config has an effect on the dsm indexfield, I still need to
investigate....
