Hi Swithun

Yes, DC and RELS-EXT datastreams can be stored as managed content.  You will
need to ensure that these datastreams are versioned (we have one outstanding
JIRA issue on this; unversioned datastreams are not currently supported for
DC and RELS-EXT).

I don't believe there are any METS examples on the wiki pages - one
suggestion here would be to create an object using the Admin UI, export it
and take a look at the METS file.
