Hello everybody,
I'm also trying to make OAIProvider running on Fedora. At First, I've
looked up the Documentation provided on DuraSpace and tried to configure
my Server. Furthermore I've also created my Identify.xml and put it
somewhere, where can be easily found, as a result, "..?verb=Identify"
shows my created XML-Document. However, after I run the
"..?verb=ListSets", I get nothing in particular back. Here is the Code:
<OAI-PMH
xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/OAI-PMH.xsd">
<responseDate>2011-07-18T07:51:07Z</responseDate>
<request verb="ListSets">http://localhost:8080/oaiprovider/</request>
<error code="noSetHierarchy">there are no sets in the repository</error>
</OAI-PMH>
What did I miss? My Fedora (3.5-SNAPSHOTS + OAIProvider 2.2) is been
installed on a VM and the Server is running as "localhost" and because I
sit behind a firewall, I cannot use any DNS (even Dynamic) to give my
repository an absolute Identification.
Any suggestions? I would appreciate your feedback, as usual I may have
misinterpret something! :( :/
Thank you all in advance,
Arash
