I haven't tried it, but I'm thinking that inserting into RELS-EXT a line
like:
<oai:itemID
xmlns:oai="http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/">oai:hull.ac.uk:hull:756
</oai:itemID>
would do it if you don't want to tamper with the main namespace
declarations? In other words, declare the necessary namespace in the
tag.

Hi Richard,
thank you for your kindly reply.
I've read the Document and tried to change proai.properties accordingly.
There is one point I didn't understand. It explains how to change
XML-NameSpace for RELS-EXT in FOXMLs. As I recall, this part of FOXML
will be created automatically and if I want to change it, I need to edit
FOXML-Files manually, is that right? I mean, if it needed to be done for
every single FOXML, can we use Batches to do that? Or is there any
Template-File we can change, in order to make the changes for all the
ingested Objects automatically?
I appreciate your insight gratefully,
Arash

See if the attached document helps at all. I wrote it several years ago
now for Fedora 2.x, but most of it is still applicable.

Subject: [fcrepo-user] Maybe an Old-Issue: OAIProvider
Hello everybody,
I'm also trying to make OAIProvider running on Fedora.At First, I've
looked up the Documentation provided on DuraSpace and tried to configure
my Server. Furthermore I've also created my Identify.xml and put it
somewhere, where can be easily found, as a result, "..?verb=Identify"
shows my created XML-Document. However, after I run the
"..?verb=ListSets", I get nothing in particular back. Here is the Code:
<OAI-PMH
xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/OAI-PMH.xsd"
<http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/OAI-PMH.xsd> >
<responseDate>2011-07-18T07:51:07Z</responseDate>
<request
verb="ListSets">http://localhost:8080/oaiprovider/</request>
<error code="noSetHierarchy">there are no sets in the
repository</error>
</OAI-PMH>
What did I miss? My Fedora (3.5-SNAPSHOTS + OAIProvider 2.2) is been
installed on a VM and the Server is running as "localhost" and because I
sit behind a firewall, I cannot use any DNS (even Dynamic) to give my
repository an absolute Identification.
Any suggestions? I would appreciate your feedback, as usual I may have
misinterpret something! :( :/
Thank you all in advance,
Arash
