I have just installed Fedora 3.5 on a new machine. Originally I set it
up with an existing version of Tomcat 7. When I tried to ingest objects
exported from the previous version of Fedora, I got the error (found in
the logs) java.net.ConnectionException: ConnectionRefused: connect

This occurred when I tried to ingest from the web administrator, the
command line administrator and the fedora-ingest utility.

I then tried the same thing with the Tomcat 6, with the same results
(though I somehow managed to ingest one object. All following attempts
failed)

Finally I blew away my Tomcat installation and reinstalled Fedora using
the included Tomcat installation.

No joy.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I need to do to make this
work?

Thank you

Rich
