I have things working now. I had originally changed the permissions on the fedora folder to include my login. That still gave me an error.
I re-installed and put the fedora folder in my user home. I still got an error. However, the error related to a specific ingest file. It referred to an xsl file that was apparently not included in the export from the other copy of Fedora. Other files have imported properly. Thank you for your attention. Subject: Re: [fcrepo-user] Ingest Failure on new Installation Yes, I'm sure that it is running. I can access Fedora and other web apps on the machine. I'm not at all sure about the permissions. What should they be? I'm running it on a Windows 7 box.
