I have things working now. I had originally changed the permissions on
the fedora folder to include my login. That still gave me an error. 

I re-installed and put the fedora folder in my user home. I still got an
error.

However, the error related to a specific ingest file. It referred to an
xsl file that was apparently not included in the export from the other
copy of Fedora. Other files have imported properly.

Yes, I'm sure that it is running. I can access Fedora and other web apps
on the machine. I'm not at all sure about the permissions. What should
