You are right. But, I am using simlink fedora pointing to
/fedora_home/fedora/admin. Otherwise, I would not see the web admin page. It
is a connection issue that is failing. My tomcat is working fine and can
access fedora from tomcat menu.
Let me ask another question:
After installing fedora, MySQL database created for fedora has no table(s).
It is empty. Is that what it suppose to be? Followed step-by-step
instruction when installing fedora.

I think you might have a messed tomcat configuration for the fedora
application. The access to administration interface should be something like
.../fedora/admin instead it's working on .../fedora.
