Hi all, At the Fedora Council face-to-face last month, the Council decided we need to put more emphasis on recruiting contributors, particularly at major events. The new workflow that the Join SIG has developed is great, now we just need to get people into the funnel.
I'm putting together a team that will develop a plan to present to the Council at the end of January and I'd like to have someone from the Join SIG involved. This team is temporary, and it's role is focused on putting together a plan that Ambassadors and others can execute on.
