if they're inside the trash bin it's easy, just open trash and restore
the files, though I guess they're not. In that case you may try some
programs designed for that purposes like this one (though it's not
free): http://www.stellarinfo.com/linux-data-recovery.htm

But I guess there should be some free alternatives
