I did this for FC6 with success.
Those four packages only should be fine. Of course, use "rpm -Uvh"
instead of "rpm -ivh" or you'll see all those conflict message happen.
Have your original bind rpms handy in case you need to quickly downgrade
back to the current version "rpm -Uvh --oldpackage".
