You are alright I did not because I tried so many way that I do not
remember all from hint found from documentation or suggestion from
others,I did not kept a record. Here is one that I tried recently:
System -> Administration -> Printing
New printer
Internet Printing Protocol (IPP)
Host: 192.168.1.3 
Queue: /printer/PSE6D76B
Selected printer Epson model Stylus Color 1520
Selected the first drive of the list Also recommend
did not work
