The Huawei I've fiddled with appear to use standard AT command format SMS so any standard software *ought* to work unless the 630 interface is different. There is vodaphone software for a lot of these which does work (when you fill in the correct non vodaphone provider info) with other vendors in the UK at least and which does SMS.
