Nevermind, it was the result of a partially downloaded file with curl. It still doesn't show F 10.
I just got a slew of update announcements. Included in them is 1.0.0 versions of preupgrade for both F9 and F8. Now we just have to wait for them to hit the mirrors, then you should be all set after a yum update....
