Does anyone know how I can contact the mirror list maintainers? The
mirror that I get the most, http://less.cogeco.net, seems to be down
since I keep getting timeouts:

http://less.cogeco.net/ftp/fedora/linux/updates/10/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml:
[Errno 4] IOError: <urlopen error (104, 'Connection reset by peer')>
This does not seem to be a temporary issue since I have not been able to
access the server since I installed F10. Since I seem to get cogeco
better than 90% of the time, it is more than a little problematic.
