Thanks Tim.
Does it matter that this is F8 and close to EOL? Am intending to move
to F10 before Christmas. I'll file a bug today. That bugzilla
classroom session will come in handy. This current print job is small
(about 500) so I'll print pages and envelopes separately. A couple of
the kids have finished school for the year so they can help with the
assembly and mailing.
