Assuming "Linux 10" is actually Fedora 10 (otherwise what are you doing on
this list?), what you're running is KDE 4.1.2 if you never upgraded or
4.1.3 if your system is up to date, not 4.0.x.
The only Fedora release with 4.0.x was Fedora 9 (shipped with 4.0.3) and
that also got upgraded to 4.1.3 (and 4.1.0, 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 before that).
