Check your settings, the output device should be set to pulse. But normally
it should be detected automatically.
Installing the alsa-plugins-pulseaudio package should help.

You need alsa-plugins-pulseaudio for Flash sound to work. If this is x86_64
and you're using 32-bit Flash, you also need the 32-bit
alsa-plugins-pulseaudio.i386.
