The provides are determined (usually) at build time, from the installed files.
What you want is something like:
[r...@bill /]# repoquery --whatprovides --qf '%{SOURCERPM}\n' 'perl(Test::More)'
perl-5.10.0-58.fc11.src.rpm
In this case, that is built from the "main" perl package.
