xmms-mp3 is still available, but the best solution is to install
xine-lib-extras-freeworld from RPM Fusion Free which will enable MP3 (and
other patent-encumbered codec) support for most KDE media players (Amarok,
Juk, Dragon Player, Kaffeine and others).
