Alt-Left-click-drag works fine for moving windows down, to the sides, but
not up where the top of the window would be above the top of the screen.
GConf isn't being used, so a GConf-based fix, like
gconftool-2 --set /apps/compiz/plugins/move/allscreens/options/constrain_y
--type bool 0)
doesn't work. Advice?
