Boot with the cd, choose rescue mode. You'll get a shell prompt. Run:

chroot /mnt/sysimage
/sbin/grub-install /dev/sda

Then 'exit' twice.

This presumes that your boot drive is /dev/sda, which is nearly always the case. You can run 'fdisk /dev/sda' and see if that looks like your boot drive's partition.
