I not have had a situation where a Packagekit based update failed during transaction testing because it attempted to update the x86_64 package but not the i586 package. When I do a yum update from the terminal it downloads the additional packages Packagekit missed and updates successfully.
Before I turn in a bug report, is there anything I'm missing?
