I have rpmfusion repo's installed in yum, both free and non-free.
$ yum list \*vlc\*
Installed Packages
vlc.x86_64 1.0.1-1.fc11 @rpmfusion-free-updates
vlc-core.x86_64 1.0.1-1.fc11 @rpmfusion-free-updates
Available Packages
mozilla-vlc.x86_64 1.0.1-1.fc11 rpmfusion-free-updates
...
