It can't find that file. And that's a strange place to have vlc
(inside /media). Send the list a paste of the output from these two
command lines:
locate libvlc.so
locate vlc|grep bin
$ locate libvlc.so
/usr/lib64/libvlc.so
/usr/lib64/libvlc.so.2
/usr/lib64/libvlc.so.2.2.0
$ locate vlc|grep bin
/usr/bin/cvlc
/usr/bin/nvlc
/usr/bin/qvlc
/usr/bin/rvlc
/usr/bin/svlc
/usr/bin/vlc
/usr/bin/vlc-wrapper
/usr/lib64/vlc/codec/libinvmem_plugin.so
/usr/lib64/vlc/misc/libinhibit_plugin.so
/usr/lib64/vlc/video_filter/libinvert_plugin.so
