Thunderbird, Firefox, everything is being slowed down.
Running ps aux give me this ,

These are the two that seem to be taking up a lot of time.
Any Ideals ?
The properties on the /var/run/xauth/A:0-rJsTly file says it's unkown,
it appears to be a binary file from the icon.
