Is this really reliable? Because tuxonice+nvidia didn't work reliably for me (80% success when resuming) around a year ago (on F8-F9?), so I decided to avoid hibernation and only use suspend-to-ram (and switch back to normal fedora kernels). Are you running 32 or 64 bit?
