The drivers for fglrx are not controlled by Fedora 11 they are dependant on
ATI and your card I believe are no longer supported by the FGLRX drive at
least the new ones rendering it useless in F11 unless you can get by with
the Open Source Radeon driver which is controlled some what by Fedora
