The problem is caused by some badly behaving repositories that you have
enabled. What repositories do you have in use? Please send the output of

# yum repolist

to the list.

You need to remove the unnecessary repositories (keep just Fedora &
RPMFusion), remove the packages that haven't come from those repos and
replace them with the versions from the repos mentioned above.
