For the third issue, I realized that these are mainly for documentation. However, the GUI has the "File->Help" in the menubar, which opens these files. If we separate these files into a different package, it might me missing. Unless if we make the CodeAnalyst-gui package requires the CodeAnalyst-doc package(i.e. adding "Requires : CodeAnalyst-doc" for CodeAnalyst-gui).
