- cfg file already has unix line endings
- create patch instead of using sed to replace BYTE with char


Is there any reason why sed is a buildreq? It is not required to have this as a
build req according to the guidelines...

How do I proceed from here? I can just import the new srpm in the existing
dumpasn1 cvs dir and close this bug when the new dumpasn1 hits rawhide/f11/f10?
