It seems that these are not the latest versions that are used. In my opinion it would be much better to have the real files and not the ftp links that points to the versionned files as source files. This would have the added benefit to have different files with different names in the look-aside cache. I made a patch to test the rpm build with the language files really present, and it seems that the patches have to be updated...
